I am delighted to announce that Sean Morris joined the Navigator team earlier this month.

I seem to remember writing to our clients and contacts at this time last year suggesting that this would be a one-off but here we are again!

The team at Navigator is delighted to again be sponsoring the HR Team of the Year Award at the prestigious HR Network Annual Awards.

I am delighted to share with you news of the latest arrival to the team at Navigator. As many will know, we have a significant market share within the independent school sector in Scotland and we have continued to grow that dedicated resource which has been assembled to deliver particular services to that sector. As well as our Head of Employment Law having been the lead adviser to the largest teaching union in Scotland for eight years before joining Navigator, we also boast two of our HR Projects team having experienced life on the “inside” while being employed as HR Managers of independent schools in Scotland. As part of that continued development, Jonathan Molloy will be joining the team from 1st September.

In the current economic climate, it’s still surprising that more businesses don’t explore all of the tax incentives available to help lighten the burden by either reducing tax payable and/or if applicable, securing a tax repayment.

As much as businesses have spent the last 16 months grappling with new ways of working, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, many are turning their thoughts to what the future looks like now that restrictions are easing off, or due to do so.

I am delighted to announce that earlier this month the Navigator Employment Law team was joined by Euan Smith.

I am delighted to share with you that as part of building the resource of the employment law team, Natalia Milne has recently joined Navigator as a Legal Manager.
