Work for Navigator

Navigator has grown steadily since it emerged on the legal services scene with twelve years of increased turnover year on year. We have added to our team at planned regular intervals during that time to match the increased demands for our services. We are continuing to grow and expect this positive recruitment pattern to continue during 2023. If you feel that you would like to forward a speculative CV to us, we would be delighted to take the time to accept such approaches. In the first instance, please forward your CV and covering e-mail to recruitment@navigatorlaw.co.uk.

Legal Manager

The Opportunity

Following continued growth and significant client acquisition, Navigator is seeking an additional permanent employment law solicitor.

The Company

Since our launch in 2011, we have developed a real market presence and, in some sectors, an immediate and sustained leading edge where our clients now see us as offering unique employment law, HR, health & safety and data protection support services.

Our clients include one of the UK’s largest employment agencies, Europe’s largest independent school and one of the UK’s best known food brands. Our smallest client has 5 staff and our largest employs 28,000.

The Role

We are seeking to attract a talented employment lawyer to augment our Employment Law team. Reporting directly to our Director of Employment Law, the role will be responsible for the delivery of key tasks:-

  • Provision of Employment Law Advice
  • Management of Client Relationships
  • Creation of Technical Content for Articles & Events
  • Preparation for and Representation at Employment Tribunal

The Candidates

Unlike our traditional competitors, we do not employ any trainees; our clients expect to deal only with legally qualified staff at the height of their game.

We are looking for a lawyer with between 3 and 5 years PQE and with employment tribunal experience.

While the role would ideally be full time, we would be delighted to consider applications from candidates who would prefer alternative working patterns.

If you would like to apply for this post, please forward your CV, current salary details and salary expectations to recruitment@navigatorlaw.co.uk by midday on Friday the 12th April 2024.
