I am delighted to announce that due to the continued growth of our client group and our commitment to delivering a market-leading legal advisory service, we have again added to our legal team. Lyndsey Saunders ( a practicing solicitor who qualified with Wright Johnston MacKenzie three years ago) joined the Navigator team in May of 2013. We are delighted to attract someone of Lyndsey’s calibre to look after our clients and I am sure that those clients who have dealings with her will find the experience wholly positive. I have detailed below a little background on Lyndsey’s career to date.

Managing Director
A graduate of Aberdeen University, Lyndsey began her career in 2008 when she commenced her legal traineeship with Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP.
On qualifying in 2010, Lyndsey spent a further two years working with Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie. On leaving Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie, Lyndsey became the Legal Services Manager at Ramsay Employment Law Limited and has specialised in employment law since.
Lyndsey joined the team at Navigator in May 2013 attracted by the possibility of being an integral part of a growing employment law practice.
Lyndsey advises on all contentious and non-contentious matters arising in employment law for both large and small employers, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancy, transfer of undertakings and all contractual matters. Lyndsey has represented at employment tribunal as well as sheriff court and is involved in the research, creation and delivery of training events for clients and lawyers.
Lyndsey lives in Lenzie with her husband Ross and dog Smudge. She is a keen cook and baker and loves nothing more than whipping up a tasty treat in the kitchen. She also enjoys travelling and going on long walks with her dog.
