Examines health and safety from a supervisory perspective
Supervisors have both a legal and moral responsibility to look after the health and safety of employees. This qualification will enable managers and supervisors to improve the health and safety culture of their organisation, whatever its size or activity.

- Accidents in the workplace.
- Risk management.
- Ill health in the workplace.
- Reporting and recording procedures.
- Workplace controls and hierarchy.
- Legal provisions (UK only).
- Health and safety organisation and management.
- Supervising health and safety.
Qualification
Assessment method is by a two hour, 60 multiple choice examination. The qualification is valid for 3 years and each successful candidate will receive an accredited certificate.
