I am writing to tell you of some changes coming up in the make-up of our Employment Team.
As you may know, last month Natalia Milne joined the team and she is already settling in well.
Earlier this month Helen Donnelly headed off to start a new job with a large Edinburgh law firm and we all wish her the very best of luck in that new role. Helen joined us three years ago as a one year qualified lawyer and I think she leaves us a more developed and rounded lawyer thanks to the issues and challenges with which our clients have presented her! The universal feedback I have received from our client group has been very positive and I know that she will be missed. I would again like to reiterate the thanks from all of the team at Navigator for her great work over the last three years.
In early April the employment team will be joined by the fourth member of the team, Euan Smith, who has twelve years of specialist employment law experience. We are excited about Euan’s arrival and I will share more about him in April.
It has been a while since we grew the employment team and the challenges of the last year mean that this growth is well timed.
