Employees are the lifeblood of any business and we are excited to be participating at the Johnston Carmichael Financial Wellbeing Conference. Join us there on November the 15th at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow.
Stephanie Harper, who will be speaking at the event, had this to say about the importance of Financial Wellbeing:
“I am totally sympathetic to the struggles that companies have faced with the impact of the compulsory Living Wage. However, having worked with money advice and credit union clients I totally appreciate the impact that the effects of financial wellbeing can have on the physical and mental health of employees. As part of their People Strategy, all companies should be planning for how they can meet the “real Living Wage” (as calculated by the Living Wage Foundation) on the basis of return on investment as a result of improved employee wellbeing”
Johnston Carmichael are the largest independent accountancy practice in Scotland and one of the top 20 in the UK. Our association with them goes back to 2012 and so we are particularly pleased to be taking part in their excellent event.
