It gives me a great deal of pleasure to share some good news about our team here at Navigator…
Following a very positive last financial year, Navigator grew its turnover by nearly 20%. This has affirmed that we are delivering business, legal and compliance support services in a fashion that our clients are appreciating and we intend to deliver more of the same and get better at doing so. This in turn means that we will have to add to our team and ahead of that expansion, we are doing some reorganisation within our team to create a structure that will better support our growth and so I’d like to share some news with you.
With immediate effect, Alan Sutherland will become our Director of Employment Law Services and Gary Foggo will become our Director of Health & Safety Services. Ruth Gladwell will take on the role of Head of HR Projects.
Alan has been in with the bricks at Navigator since 2011 and my working relationship with him goes back to 2002! He has been a superb person to work with since we started Navigator and our clients are universally grateful for his calm counsel over the years.
Gary joined Navigator in 2018 and has been a very firm favourite of our clients since then. I know that his knowledge and approach have really been welcomed by those clients and I know that they will be delighted that he has achieved this thoroughly deserved recognition.
Ruth joined Navigator in 2020 and having steadied the ship post-Covid has built that part of our business significantly and now looks after our team of Associates as well. In reality she has been fulfilling the Head role for some time and I am grateful for her efforts.
I couldn’t be more delighted for Alan, Gary and Ruth and I look forward to working with them even more closely in the future…
