Nafeesa qualified as a solicitor in the employment team upon completion her training contract. During her training, she also completed seats in succession planning and commercial property, gaining experience in a variety of areas.

She graduated from Aston University with a first-class honours degree and from the University of Law with a distinction in the LPC. She has also worked as a commercial litigation paralegal and clinical negligence paralegal at a national law firm.
