Are you finding employee relations to be complex?
You are not alone, dealing with people can be challenging as everyone is different as has varying expectations during their employment experience. To help you navigate through these choppy waters smoothly we have put together two modules of training that deal with the following areas of employee relations management.
- Dealing with investigations – taking statements, preparing and submitting reports.
- Holding grievance and disciplinary hearings.
- Receiving subsequent appeals.
Who should attend?
The training is aimed at management team members who may be charged with either conducting, chairing, or supporting the leading staff member at such events. There will be case studies to review and discussed with the trainer, Ruth Gladwell, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and our Legal Manager Natalia Milne.
How long will the course be?
The training will take place on 19th and 28th September and run from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
What will the cost be?
£250 + VAT per delegate.
